Title Intrastat thresholds from 1 January 201923 Nov 2018

There will be no change to the arrivals, dispatches and delivery terms thresholds for 2019.

Therefore for 2019 the exemption thresholds are:

  • £1,500,000 for arrivals
  • £250,000 for dispatches

The delivery terms threshold remains at £24,000,000.

The future method for collecting statistics on international trade in goods with EU Member States post-EU exit has not been confirmed and is dependent upon the agreed terms of the UK’s withdrawal from the EU.

The UK legally leaves the EU at 11pm on 29th March 2019, at this stage we can only confirm that Intrastat will still be in operation in 2019, although this may only be up to and including 29 March 2019.
