A response to customer feedback on the new Find UK Trader function on UK Trade Info.
You said, we did: Recent updates to our Find UK Traders feature
After reviewing initial user feedback, we have made some changes to the ‘Find UK traders’ search feature. More detail on the initial changes are below:
You said:
‘The find UK trader page should have the option to search by postcode’
‘I would like the option to choose my search criteria to get specific results’
We did:
A set of filters have been added to the search bar that allows users to refine their search by commodity, commodity description, trader name or postcode.
