This Agreement is made on the following date. It determines the first calendar month data covers where ongoing data is required. Between the Commissioners of HM Revenue and Customs (hereinafter known as 'HMRC') whose address is 100 Parliament Street, London SW1 2BQ and the applicant company.

Are you a third party?

A signed covering letter of relevant authority from the company owning each EORI Registration Number specified shall be supplied by a responsible person of the business for example sole proprietor, partner or director in respect of each request and no reports will be provided to the purchaser until this letter of authority is received.

Enter applicant's company name. Must be 35 characters or less including spaces.

Conditions

Subject to the Conditions attached hereto, HMRC agrees to sell, and the Purchaser agrees to purchase, Customs Declaration Service (CDS) Data for the EORI (Economic Operators’ Registration and Identification number) specified in Schedule C (hereinafter known as 'Data').

Do you require ongoing monthly reports?

This agreement shall commence on the month shown above and shall continue indefinitely unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
