Request removal of company data

Use this service to submit a request to HMRC to remove trader information from UK Trade Info. Requests are made using an HMRC managed service and allows traders, or their authorised representatives, to ask for the removal of personal or business details that appear in published trade data. All requests are reviewed and actioned in line with HMRC’s data protection obligations.
Before you start
You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. The trader redaction service should be used to request the removal of personal data from uktradeinfo.com. We cannot remove or update information that may still appear on third-party platforms, including search engine caches or archived copies. These are managed independently, so you may need to contact those providers directly if your details continue to appear elsewhere.
What you will need
To request the removal of your company's trade data from HMRC trade statistics publications, you will need to provide the following information:
- company name
- VAT registration number
- email address
