Croatia will become a member of the European Union on 1 July 2013. This means you may need to complete Intrastat returns if you import or export goods between the UK and Croatia.
What do you need to do?
- Ensure that all your trade in goods between UK and Croatia is recorded in boxes 8 and 9 of your VAT return.
- You may need to provide additional information using a Supplementary Declaration for Intrastat. See below.
